Job Manager – temporarily pulled from repository
To All Job Manager users:
Job Manager – has been temporarily withdrawn from the WordPress plugin repository. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We were just notified of this a short time ago and are aggressively reviewing the code for a fix. In fact one of the original coders has already submitted a fix that we are testing now.
Once we have the fix tested, we will resubmit for REVIEW and APPROVAL by the WordPress.org team. They have been very proactive on this and we fully expect to have the plugin back up with a new release by the end of the week (pending final review by wp.org team.
Thanks for your understanding and continuing support.
Job Manager Team
With the most recent updates to WordPress and in trying to stay updated we missed an area that involves a security issue that is now being addressed.
How do I change date format to display END DATE: November 20th, 2015, instead 2015-11-20?
Please help
thanks
Go to Display settings and modify according to WP For mating Standards. (The format to use for Job date fields. Leave blank to use the dates as they’re entered. See the documentation on date formatting for further details.)
Perfect, it worked exactly the way I needed.
thank you so much!!!
UPDATE: Version 7.25 has been submitted to WordPress for review – this fix is for the exploit that took down the plugin. As soon as they approve of the update you should immediately update your Job Manager to the most recent version 7.25
Thanks again to George Stephanis for the huge assist in getting this fix out!
Like to make APPLY NOW more prominent. How can I add a Button for “APPLY NOW” rather than just “APPLY NOW” ?
I have Two jobs on my site. How do I make each job point to its own page?
at this time it points to same page: Main page: http://www.episource.com/about/job-opportunities/jobs/.
Like to have separate page for each job.
thanks
How can I stop the [job_apply_link]Apply Here[/job_apply_link] link from adding -2 into the link after the word apply. When clicking the Apply Here link, the link is http://slc2010.com/wwkids/jobs-3/apply-2/465/ instead of http://slc2010.com/wwkids/jobs-3/apply/465/. When I manually go to http://slc2010.com/wwkids/jobs-3/apply/465/ the application is there. So how do I prevent the adding of the -2 after the word apply?
thank you
